I believe Fredericka Wagner (the grandmother) was taking care of the child, because George has full custody. The Wagner’s had allegedly bullied Tabitha into signing over full custody to George a while back, so I think initially his child was in Fredericka’s, but I’m not sure if that’s still the case.
