Each transmission is fully disassembled, cleaned, and inspected. Each gear, bearing, and synchro is inspected for wear. All worn items are replaced. All seals are replaced. Transmissions are bench dyno'd for partial break-in and performance verification. Complete disassembly & cleaning.

The bearings are not common so they're really expensive. It's easy to separate the front half of the box from the rear half though. You really need access to a press to do it all properly, and a 30mm thin walled deep socket (I made one) to undo the output shaft nut. The shift shafts can be a bit of a pain though.
