I-485 (General) I filed the EB2 140,485,130 & 765 at the same time back in March 23', case is LIN, and PD date is Jan 22', which final action date is Nov 15, 22'. I got 140 RFE in late May 23', and got approved in July 23'. Nationality is Taiwan. In mid November 23', my status turned to "Case remains pending."
