It really depends on personal preference in the kratom community. Many people prefer powder, especially through the Toss & Wash method, or they might go for extracts for a stronger effect. Personally, I avoid strong extracts and stick to lower level options like gummies. Most of the time, I just do the Toss and Wash method with some orange juice.However, at the same time he started dosing, he started experiencing muscle and joint pain/weakness, tingling in his hands and feet, and physical fatigue. He was only dosing very small amounts (maybe 12-g give or take at a time) and it’s unlikely that he ever really dozed over 10g per day.
