So ligaments without any peptides can take 10+ weeks to heal. Bpc with tb greatly improve healing. They aren't cheap though. I do bpc at 500 mcg a day, 250 morning/ 250 night. I use tb with it every few days at 2.5mg, 5mg a week total. If you REST , use peptides, don't smoke, don't drink your rehab will fly.
