You can probably right-click the game in Yuzu's game list. Then there'll likely be an option that says Open Save Directory (I can only guess, I don't use Yuzu). Then you find the option.sav file that the save manager asks for. After you've done that, you right-click the game in Cemu's game list, open the save directory.

Cemu actually makes it much easier to run botw even better than yuzu. Yuzu is extremely system demanding. yes, you can run the game at a locked 60 if you have the hardware to do so. but just because BotW can run well doesn't mean TotK will. there is a good chance that Nintendo's developers find ways to better utilize the Switch hardware. until the game is actually out, there is no point in testing anything. 3.
