Don't think your finishing stat on Charisma for Favoured is correct, started on 20 and finished on 8 especially after pushing up with enhancements! A Dark Apostate automatically prepare Inflict spells at their normal levels in addition to spells prepared normally. This does not take up a spell slot. To prepare or cast a spell, a Dark Apostate must have a Wisdom score equal to at least 10 + the spell level. The Difficulty Class for a saving throw against a Dark Apostate's spell is 10 + the ... The combination of each item having something useful (profane 1, ghostly, blurry, qual dex 1) along with the set bonus still being strong makes them more than worth it. I don't argue how incredible mass frog is for R10 and raids in general, but so far I've been leaning towards the more defense focused build for being able to lead groups with. Apart from Strimtom's splits, other options include: Cleric or FvS 12 for level 6 spells, Divine Might, and other class bonuses. Wizard 12 for level 6 spells and Pale Master undead form for survivability. Rogue 12 for a ton of sneak attacks: 6d6 base + 3d6 Improved Sneak Attack epic feat + whatever Assassin enhancements you can squeeze in.

Tiefling fire sorcerers are a thing because they can get that fire-immunity stripping ability straight from Level 1 if you have the Racial APs. I don't know anyone though that goes COMPLETELY Fire. This character doesn't have much AOE DPS, but it makes up for that with very high single target dps. A fun build that will work from level 3-30.
