First, kudos to Dallas for convincing people to pay money so that you can try to find a square of grass to put their chair (only of certain size)/blanket (or rent them for $20 each) in August (or pick your month). It's not a area you feel safe in plus it's just a poorly designed venue to start with. The only reason to go there is for whoever is performing.
