I have a currently a 4ich lift on my f150 and 33s look small. no go 10" rims a good rule is rims 2" narrower than the tires width, plus i dont know that ive ever seen 11" rims i know ive seen 10 12 14 and 15 but yea... 35's are the max you really wanna run before you have to start upgrading axles.

My 6.5 lift and 37" tire rub under heavey wheeling. They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.here is my 2016 with a 4" lift. Its a pro comp 4" suspension lift with fox coil overs in the front.
