Always depends on what you are trying to achieve though... For my female Saiyan Blaster build (for getting 100% completion, i.e. farming both skills & equipment), I found out this was the most efficient build by far: Rest in health 125 in stamina 125 in Ki Supers +5 in stamina +5 in Ki Supers +5 or 0 in Ki +5 or 0 in Health-5 in Strike SupersF. Saiyans have a hard knockdown combo. A hard knockdown is an attack property where if the final hit lands and the opponent is close enough to the ground, the opponent will be unable to move for about 3-4 seconds. To get the hard knockdown, you have to start one of the following combos on the ground. Square x 5-Triangle-Square (a.k.a. Lx5-H-L)

Stamina is a bit low for PvP i guess. If you have low ki as female earthling, you should put points into basic attack/stamina to gather it with hits (since the passive regen will be quite slow).
