I've been playing other online games with no noticeable lag, but whenever I play ffxiv I've been having this issue of packet loss and 94ms levels of latency. If you've ever played on a potato computer, you'd know what graphical lag is: it's when your whole screen freezes up because your GPU can't handle the graphical load on screen. You wouldn't be able to move at all. What you are describing sounds like a network issue, or more specifically rubber banding.Having major lag issues after 6.05 patch. So im stuck on that quest since im not able to heal people without casting Cure like 7 times. This ^. I had insane lag for a good two weeks at one point, literally making the game unplayable.
