01:49 PM. 02:44 PM. 1999 to 2016 Super Duty - Steering wheel controls not working - Hello all. So I have a 2016 F350 Lariat dually super duty. The steering wheel controls quit working on me. The left side I can still use the cursor (center) buttons but the Cruise buttons wont work. On the Right side none of the buttons work.A few of the reasons a fuse would blow, causing your radio not to work, are: There’s friction between the fuses and the wiring harness. Something metal fell into the fuse box. There’s a shortened trailer harness. There are bulbs with a higher amperage than the tail, and headlights are capable of handling.Radio is on and station and song information displays. From the steering wheel controls I can adjust volume, switch between AM1, AM2 and FM1, FM2, also go between preselect stations. So I bought an aftermarket Kenwood double DIN from Crutchfield with the recommended PAC unit and the replacement dashboard kit. The problem I have is when the PAC module is wired up the Kenwood harness and plugged into the Ford plugs from the stock stereo, I do not get power to the new stereo when the key is on.
