Feb 9, 2008 · Problem solved. It appears that the inside of the eyelet of the carrier spring is worn or the post it sits on in the trigger housing is worn, maybe a bit of both. The result is a spring that will slide off the carry assy contact point after one or two discharges. The spring wedges itself between the carrier assy and the receiver wall cavity.
