Actually not true. CBBE for example uses a very different texture map than vanilla. So some of the stock armors will look very odd (forsworn armor will have displaced textures that will make them all look kind of burnt for example) UNP uses a texture map very similar to vanilla so that's less of a problem - however not using an armor replacer …The powerful open-source mod manager from Nexus Mods. I use CBBE in my game, but it's all a matter of preference. There are good armor mods for both body types, so you can't really go wrong with either choice.
