I was amazed at how this restaurant only get Mich 2 star but not 3...everything is so perfect until the main course: bulgogi sauce marinated Wagyu steak with Kimchi...well. Then tYim then opened his second restaurant in New York City in 2012 and Jungsik became the first Korean restaurant in New York City to be awarded two Michelin stars. The tasting menu price is hefty but still feels reasonable when compared to other top NYC restaurants such as Masa ($750 Omakase) or even Per Se ($355 prix fixe).
