Honestly, the portions are seem smaller than what it used to be before covid. As others have said, corporate is getting stricter about proper portion size so you are getting what we’re supposed to be giving. Each entree should be about 5.5-6 oz. Anything over that is technically too much. A medium a la carte box is 16oz, which is exactly as much as two small entrees. Although a plate is a little more, you get more bang for your buck that way.
