This Schedule of Rules and Regulations is a part of all contracts for receiving electric service from Distributor, and is based upon contract, agreements, signed applications, or otherwise. A copy of this schedule, together with a copy of Distributor’s Schedule of Rates and Charges, shall be kept open to inspection at the offices of Distributor.
News/Events. October Rate Adjustment. TVA’s recent announcement of a 4.5% wholesale rate increase will be reflected on Pennyrile Electric member’s bills beginning October 1 st . In addition, there will also be a slight increase to the monthly customer charge in the amount of $2.00 to aid Pennyrile Electric in recovering fixed costs. Pennyrile Electric utilizes an Outage Management System (OMS) to make the process of restoring an outage more efficient. An OMS is a tool to assist the dispatchers with their duties. An OMS is a computer-based system that tracks incoming customer calls, input from remote devices, and other data to pinpoint outage information. Pennyrile Rural Electric has been serving the Pennyrile area since 1937. We have offices located in Cadiz, Elkton, Hopkinsville, and Russellville.
