The stayforlong site looked quite reliable. Cancellation and final payment options were offered one week prior to departure. So I did not hesitate and I finally booked it. I received a confirmation email with the details and a booking number. However, not knowing this site at all, I did some research afterwards.Traveluro uses its purchasing power to buy rooms in bulk and in advance at a discount rate from the hotel. While booking our hotel. While booking our hotel, the reservation was rejected 7 minutes into our 30 minute window, and the price went up 30 dollars arbitrarily when we submitted everything again. Just seems greedy and deceptive. Date of experience: 19 March 2023.Amazing customer service!! We needed to make a change to our reservation. Destinia was extremely easy to contact (24/7 service) and extraordinarily kind and helpful. They quickly resolved our issue and worked with the hotel for a refund. Will definitely use them again.
