There is a chance that a saw can spawn in the back of the prison building. Pretty easy to run in there full sprint and grab it. Its all the way in the cafeteria. (laughs evilly) hehehehe..... try the rich neighborhood north of the town.The one with the good loot is north of Rosewood, towards the middle of the map. There's a dirt road leading to 8 houses with a barracks next to it. That one has the good military stuff.
