Ok, I've had this a few times, and finally read a fix that seems to work: Go in with a 0 streak operator. I suggest dismiss an operator and set to a new one just to be sure. Do a mission and exfil successfully with that. Go to your broken operator, and change their skin to something else. Its my opinion that they are turned off and there's going to be some other streak rewards added later. I personally just think the perks will just make teams too strong and make it so anyone without a streak active at a steep disadvantage. Strange they haven’t addressed it yet. But you can still cheese your streak by rage quitting before the elimination screen. They definitely need to fix that even before sending perks live. We really could use perks in this too. I'm now leaning towards it being the stash amount. I'm at 13 now. And as long as I have 3 open spots at exfil I keep everything. I'll usually keep a 3 plate and large rut now then decide at the end whether or not to TS or exfil.
