It's a 9x9x9 reactor that produces 30k RF/t on LECf 251 with an efficiency of 370.3%. I'm not sure how you'd use that much power but it's great.

Well, you literally can't make a Fusion Reactor (or a bunch of the more late-game Mekanism stuff due to Polonium Pellets and Antimater) without first making a Fission Reactor.
