Yup, Hydroid and Frost are just there, wallowing in pain as everyone else slowly gets reworked and fixed. I’m hoping there’s at least something for both. I guess I could throw my rework idea for Hydroid: Hydroid passive needs to change or if it’s staying, guarantee a tentacle spawns on a slam attack.

Core of my rework would probably be: 1 always fires at full charge, hold to rapidly recast without having to spam the button (1 every 0.5 seconds). Reduce the screenshake. Reduce the energy cost by a smidge. 2 & 3 merge. Cast his 2 by aiming while in his 3, release aim to stop and return to puddle.

Hydroid definitely needs a rework and I think this is a good idea in the right direction. I rarely saw people play him when his loot bonus still stacked and haven't seen anyone willingly play him since they removed it in public matches/groups. Yep, the pirate is in terrible shape. Right now, this is just a worse version of Khora's 4th - the enemies are hard to hit while they are flailing around, it does no damage, and it hits much less enemies than Khora's Strangledome.
