Hi everyone. I'm replaying Skyrim again, and for some reason this time I can't seem to get the College of Winterhold quests working properly. I finished the Under Saarthal part, went back to talk to the Arch Mage, but then the game doesn't move onto the next quest "Hitting the Books".

Under Saarthal - Jyrik/Tolfdir Glitch. So I'm trying to complete Under Saarthal, however Tolfdir won't cast his spark spell at the Eye of Magnus to weaken Jyrik so I can kill him. He just runs around and fruitlessly fires spells at him. He does run to pick up Jyrik's staff but that's it.

Not sure why you’re there at lvl4 but it is feasible for you to be able to do it at that level, it comes down to the difficulty setting that you are playing on. The final boss should be leveled and I've never found him that hard with a decent follower. There is a middle boss that I've had glitch and be a death lord no matter what level I'm at.
