I’ve used Instacart several times, but only when the delivery fee and service fee were waived or I had a $10 discount to cover those costs. Now I’m staring at the service fee and struggling to place my order. I know my groceries are already marked up and now I have to pay even more to this company. It should be one or the other in my mind.
