As others have said though, Steam Deck will 9 times out of 10 not push a taxxing game up to 60. Tears of the Kingdom for example has absolutely zero shot of running at 60 on Deck. Many games will run well, but don’t expect all games to run at 60. The Steam Deck isn’t nearly powerful enough to do that.
Either use yuzu's latest stable/EA build or go for RyuJinx. And even if you believe in them, always be careful when dowloading binaries of such "replacements". Reply ... Set frames to 60fps refresh rate to 60 . set a manual GPU clock, some games like 1200 others are okay with this off. Half shaders, can work either way as well. I like my yuzu setting to have accuracy to high and works better if resolution is set to 1.0x even if not docked. The addition of the scaling feature helps as games that do not run well on Deck can be toned down. The current "meta game" for great performance is either 0.50x or 0.75x render scale docked + FSR. Ryujinx is quite as robust so if a game does not run well, you are out of luck. I would actually have both installed.

The Steam Deck controller settings can combine or split the Joycons if you want. For Yuzu, you need to go to controller config and switch it off of Steam Virtual Gamepad.
